Samir does not drift in foreign lands—he reclaims them. The Milky Way unspools like a silk road beyond gravity, its dust mingling with the incense smoke of lost souks, the scent of oud and citrus still clinging to memory. His gloved fingers brush the curvature of his visor, reflecting not just his face but an entire lineage—mathematicians, mystics, exiles, lovers.
