We offer thousands of products from dozens of global suppliers. Each has a slightly different return process, and we handle the boring, tricky stuff for you. But we ask you to submit a return request and wait for approval before mailing anything, to avoid confusion and disappointment.

3. Return Items
PAYMENT METHOD: After we approve your return, you'll be refunded via your original payment method.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING: No refunds for original shipping fees.
RETURN SHIPPING: We only pay return shipping fees for faulty items, incorrect items or goods damaged in transit.
TRACKING: Please send items back with tracking. We don't action returns on items that have not been received.
ON SALE: No returns/exchanges for items bought on sale.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your orders is delivered to get any items you want to return back to us. Meaning all items for returns and refunds must be delivered back to us within 30 days of being delivered to you.
To be eligible for a refund, your returned items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on discounted / sale items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
To start a return, open a return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If your item is being returned because it arrived damaged or faulty, we will happily pay for return postage to correct the error. If you are returning your item because of a change of heart, you will need to cover the postage costs to return that item to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
