Payment method: After your return's approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method.

Return shipping: You pay for return shipping fees unless you received faulty / incorrect items or they get damaged in transit.

Tracking: Please send your items back with tracking. No refunds can be given for items that aren't received.

On sale: No returns or exchanges for discounted / on sale items.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days after your order's been delivered to open a return request.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt / proof of purchase.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on discounted / sale items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

To start a return, open a return request. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your item is being returned because it arrived damaged or faulty, your return postage costs will be paid for to correct the error. If you are returning your item because of a change of heart, you will need to cover the postage costs to return that item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After your returned items have been received and your return has been approved, you should receive your refund within 5 working days. Often within 72hr.

This timeline can vary because it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, too.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue together and make it right.
