What finishes are available?

The iPhone/Samsung cases are available in two finishes:

  1. Matte: timeless, velvety refinement — rendering colors in richly muted hues that never fade into the background.
  2. Gloss: sleek and subtle sheen for a bold yet tasteful statement — rendering colors in vibrant hues that command attention.
Materials used for the cases?

Each iPhone/Samsung case is made of 2 layers:

  1. The outer layer is made from specialist impact-resistant plastic (polycarbonate) which is extremely strong and lightweight.
  2. The black silicone inner layer (polyurethane) gives additional shock absorption. Offering a truly perfect, super snug fit but also easy to take on/off.
What printing inks are used?

All the iPhone/Samsung cases are printed using neo pigment, water-based inks that are 100% non-hazardous and toxin-free.

And the inks meet the strictest industry standards as defined by Oeko-Tex 100 safety applications, Residues Standard List (RSL) and the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists.
How are the cases printed?

Your new iPhone/Samsung case will arrive with a vivid, permanent, full-coverage print infused into the outer shell using a dye sublimation process. Meaning your design's colors won’t fade, crack, or peel—printed deep into the material itself, the design's truly part of the case, not just printed on it. Delivering vibrant, flawless art lasting as long as your love for it.
Are the cases non-toxic?

They sure are! Every iPhone/Samsung case is REACH, RoHS and TÜV Rheinland certified. Meaning your new treasure contains no harmful chemicals or hazardous substances.

All the treasure you find on my store can be printed at labs across the USA, UK, EU & AUS. An international network that ensures your new treasure gets made as close to you as possible. Significantly reducing delivery times and carbon emissions from the print lab to your front door.
Are the cases ethically made?

I work with Prodigi to create all the products on my store.

All Prodigi's print lab partners around the world adhere to anti child labour and anti forced labour regulations. Providing safe and generous working environments for all staff.

The print labs also provide traceability for core raw materials from suppliers. And those suppliers are screened for compliance with fair labor and sustainability standards.

How do returns work?

Returns and Refunds

1. You're welcome to open a return / exchange request within 30 days of your order's delivery.

2. All items for return must be delivered back in their original condition, with their original packaging included.

3. No guarantees your return will be approved if you send items back before the approval of your return request

4. No returns, refunds or exchanges on discounted or sale items.

5. Return shipping costs are only covered in the rare cases that items arrive faulty, incorrect or damaged.
