About the Artwork
A crown of thunder-pink blossoms communes with the low-slung sky. Each floret lit from within, as though flushed by breathless anticipation. Their filaments stretch like cartographers’ ink, mapping unknown pleasures along curled petals rimmed in twilight.
Below, broad leaves thrust upward like oaths, thick-veined and battle-worn. A solitary bee sinks into the blushing chamber of one bloom, cloaked in velvet pollen.
