Artwork Description

Tinker Tailor folds queer baroque portraiture into a still-life sprawl of oranges, pears, roses, melon rind, and a fallen porcelain scrap. Crimson drapery surges beside an antique-style urn with lilies, a nod to vanitas, a tease to desire.
Chiaroscuro tightens every edge: naval coat braid, ruffle seam, shoe gloss, shadow line.
