The leatherback, streaked in ridges like fossilized thunder, cuts through seawater with silent calculus. Its companion, the hawksbill, glows—amber mosaics flickering like stained glass in liquid cathedral.
Shore-bound, the matamata smolders in its own surrealism, jaws askew beneath pyramidal fortifications. The long-neck watches, arched and prehistoric, a serpent-cipher drawn taut in vigilance. The radiated shell flares like a cosmos mapped in carapace.
The Galápagos titan gazes upward, time hewn into its skin, tectonics folded into flesh. The alligator snapper skulks. Grizzled, gothic, and barbed. Every scale, a glyph; every claw, a footnote in the turtle’s epic.
