Armando - Gay Mexican Astronaut Art Print

Fine Art Prints

Forget cheap reproductions and printable posters. Only the best will do.

Velvety matte fine art paper (warm white, archival-grade, 200gsm) with bold, vibrant, non-toxic pigment inks. High-definition print lab techniques give you sharper details, deeper saturation and true-to-life tones. While the matte surface keeps glare down and archival-grade materials mean the colors you fall for stay vivid for decades.

Framed Fine Art Prints

Your print arrives framed and ready to hang, so it goes straight from the box to your wall.

Chevron cut wooden frames make a timeless statement in three distinctive colors: black, white and natural. Each frame is made of sustainably sourced FSC® certified knotless pine. And your artwork is protected behind ultra-clear perspex glaze that’s lighter than glass and shatter-resistant.

Float Framed Canvas Prints

Luscious artist-grade cotton canvas, hand-stretched and finely textured, gives every detail depth and precision, catching light and color with striking clarity. While a precisely measured floating frame leaves a slim gap around the canvas, so it seems to hover with a sleek, gallery-worthy effect. Finished with your choice of frame color — black, white or natural — made from sustainably sourced FSC® certified knotless pine.

Giclée Printing

Armando floats in the deep hush of the cosmos, a gay Mexican astronaut untethered from history’s gravity, yet bound to something older than any star chart. His traje de vuelo is more than a spacesuit—stitched with the echoes of ancestral hands, patterned with the echoes of lost cities and the burning gold of Quetzalcoatl’s plumes. The embroidered filigree, like the spiraling motifs of an Aztec tonalamatl, maps a destiny that is both cosmic and deeply personal.

His helmet hums with the silent frequencies of a forgotten cosmovisión, two orbs orbiting his ears like spectral voladores, spinning between dimensions, carrying whispers of the Maya astronomers who once read the pulse of Venus as prophecy. Behind him, a pink corona swells—not a mere glow, but a portal, the blush of a liminal space where queer mestizo futures are forged in the embers of what was stolen.

Armando does not plant flags; he unearths memories. He is a nahual among nebulae, a poet rewriting the firmament, a defiant echo of every sky-watcher who ever gazed upward and knew: the universe was never meant to belong to empires. It was always meant for those who dared to dream beyond them.
