Kamisaka Sekka's Jade Dragon pushes through a soot-black sky, celadon green and scowling, the Golden Eyed Monster of his 1909 Momoyogusa album. You stand beneath him, a monk under the cloud dragons painted across Kyoto's Zen temple ceilings.
He looks straight down. His eyes two discs of burnished bronze gold, unblinking. A row of bone-white teeth holds back the thunder below a pea-green snout, each stroke keeping the wet wobble of a loaded brush. One long whisker loops under his bristled chin and threads through a claw tipped in the same metallic pigment, a rein the storm god keeps on himself.
In Japanese mythology the ryū carries water to the rice fields, and farmers of the Meiji era begged him for it. Sekka gave that rain deity the flat color planes of the Rinpa school and the blunt humor of a modern cartoon. Ash-gray mist blooms across the woodblock print where a body should follow. Screw a D-ring onto the back of the frame on the left and right, both at the same height. A ruler helps here. Then put two screws in the wall where you want your canvas, level with each other and spaced the same distance apart as the D-rings. A spirit level makes this easier. Finally, hook the D-rings onto the screws.

Keep it simple: put two screws in the wall at the same height and rest the inner lip at the top of the back of the frame on them.
